GRAND PANAMA BEACH RESORT - Spring Break Rules and Guidelines
Booking your Reservation:
4 night minimum stay February 25 - March 2 (must be checked in by Feb 28th) and March 24 - April 13th
7 night minimum stay March 3 - 23 - Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.
$500 must be prepaid to reserve the unit. This will be subtracted from your total due at check-in.
These are individually owned condominium units. Only the first initial supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, bath soap and toilet paper is provided. The number of towels and linen in the unit belongs to that unit. If you run out of clean towels or bed linens, it is your responsibility to wash and dry to replenish the clean supplies. There is a full washer and dryer in every unit. There is no daily maid service. Please bring your personal pool and/or beach towel.
Check-in Policy:
The primary registrant in every unit at Grand Panama Beach Resort must be at least 21 years old and must stay in the unit. All other guest in the unit must be at least 18. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present at check in! All guests must have a picture ID (government issued, i.e; driver’s license or passport).
Check in begins at 6:00 pm. No early check ins will be allowed.
Two parking passes per unit will be issued.
Property requires wristbands to be worn on property at all times.
No refunds will be given for early check out. No exceptions.
The maximum number of people allowed in a one bedroom unit is 6; in a two bedroom is 8; in a 3 bedroom is 10. There are no exceptions.
A $500 security deposit (cash only!), no exceptions, military and married couples included, will be due at check-in. $450 of that security deposit will be refundable after unit inspection at check out. There will be zero tolerance for damage, theft, or abuse of property.
Check-out Policy:
Floors 1-8 checkout time is 8:00 am, Floors 8-15 checkout time is 8:30, Floors 15 and higher checkout time is 9:00. There is a $50 per hour late checkout charge, maximum one hour. To formally check out, come down to the front desk with your room keys and parking passes. Management will then send an inspector to inspect the unit for damages and cleanliness. Once the inspector contacts the front desk and reports back the unit is damage free and clean, your security deposit of $450 will be returned in cash.
Guidelines to be sure you get your Security Deposit Returned
All sheets, stripped from all beds and towels piled neatly inside of your unit
All trash removed from unit and placed in the trash chute located on each floor.
Dishwasher loaded with all dirty dishes.
No damages to unit or furnishings or soiled to carpet.
Additional rules:
The possession of illegal drugs, fireworks, or contraband of any kind will not be tolerated. Kegs and funnels are also not permitted.
It is a felony in the state of Florida that prohibits any item from being thrown from a balcony. We will press charges against any individual that is caught throwing anything from their balcony.
Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges.
All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and rental restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled on or before February 2, 2012 the deposit will be refunded minus a $19.95 cancellation will be charged. If canceled after February 2, 2012 the entire prepaid deposit will be forfeited.
